About Us

Bulls and bears, a Finance Club of VIT promotes finance related activities and
careers through the VIT community. The main objective of this club is to spread
awareness in the domain of finance, in particular investment banking, stocks
and trading, private wealth management and many more. The club provides a
constructive platform for helping the finance aspirants apply theoretical
concepts they have learnt in real life.

EVENTS

At the 2023 VIT Tech Fest “Gravitas”,
participants enjoyed a mini Indian version
of Cashflow, gaining financial insights
through interactive game play.

This session was exclusively tailored for
college students, aiming to equip them
with essential financial management
skills during their college years. Our
speaker, Ms. Bhagyashree Thakkar
delved into crucial topics including
budgeting, investing, and achieving
financial goals.

Hackstory was one of its kind hackathon
where the topics of the problem
statement covered niches belonging
to social issues and financial tracks

A trading contest where traders
discovered their true potential in the
thrilling 6-Hour Real-Time Stock Trading
challenge and honed their skills using virtual money.

Casinova offers Bear Pong with enigmatic
cups, Jeopardy with themed questions,
Marble Run for fun and the intense Split
or Steal finale

A webinar brought in collaboration
with Zerodha Varsity to stimulate
financial literacy among college
students with VP Karthik Rangappa.
